I am a full time real estate agent, specializing in buying and selling residential and commerical real estate. I have helped many buyers and sellers successfully accomplish: buying their first home, stepping up into a larger home, investor purchases such as “flips” or rentals, multiples and apartment complexes, buy and sell ranch estates with land, buy foreclosures, buy or sell short sales, 1031 exchanges and sell their homes. I also have experience working with developers and builders from low – medium density projects to residential subdivisions, commercial leases for retail, restaurant and multi unit properties as well.
